Mr. Asberry appointed to United States Bankruptcy Court for Western District of Missouri Attorney Advisory Group
Mr. Asberry has been appointed to the United States Bankruptcy Court for Western District of Missouri Attorney Advisory Group for a three year term beginning July 1, 2021. That group is composed of the bankruptcy court judges, representatives of the United States Trustee’s office, and practicing attorneys to provide input to the court regarding local rules, forms and practice issues.
