Asberry, a partner with Neale & Newman, LLP, has been named as both a Category I and Category II List of Neutrals for the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri’s Mediation and Assessment Program.  His practice includes commercial litigation and general corporate work as well as mediation and arbitration.  He is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics for the legal community and area businesses.  He currently serves on the board of directors for the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks and the Greene County 100 Club.
