Charles Nathan “Nate” Dunville is a Springfield native. He graduated from Missouri State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in 2010 and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2011. After working as a legal assistant for a local law firm, Mr. Dunville attended law school at the University of Missouri School of Law, graduating with the distinction of Order of the Barristers.
During law school, Mr. Dunville was an executive member of the Board of Advocates and a member of the Tax and Transactional Law Society. He helped veterans address legal issues through his participation in the University of Missouri Veterans Law Clinic. He competed on the school’s mock trial, moot court, and arbitration teams. After winning the ABA Regional Arbitration Championship in 2014, Mr. Dunville went on to win the 2015 ABA Arbitration National Championship. Mr. Dunville was recognized as the Top Oral Advocate by the Missouri Supreme Court in the Polsinelli Moot Court Competition. He was awarded the R. David Ray Trial Advocacy Award, the National Moot Court Prize, the Fred L. Howard Prize for Excellence in the Advancement of Advocacy, and the Roscoe Anderson Award for Excellence in Advocacy.
While in law school, Mr. Dunville worked as a law clerk for a firm in Columbia and as a teaching assistant in the finance department of the University of Missouri Trulaske School of Business. Prior to joining Neale & Newman, L.L.P., Mr. Dunville worked as a summer associate for the firm.
