About

Paul G. White received his bachelor’s degree in 1976 from The School of the Ozarks and his law degree in 1980 from the University of Missouri, where he was a member of the Board of Student Editors of the Missouri Law Review. Mr. White joined the firm upon graduation from law school and he has been a partner since 1985.

Mr. White has a wide range of civil litigation experience, including the broad areas of commercial, personal injury, and domestic relations (e.g., dissolution of marriage, child custody and paternity). His commercial litigation experience specifically includes contracts, mechanic’s liens, landlord/tenant, construction fraud, defamation, products liability and creditor rights (inclusive of bankruptcy). In addition, Mr. White is well experienced in non-litigation civil practice areas such as banking (e.g., loan documentation and regulatory compliance), real estate (e.g., title work, sales and purchases, leases and foreclosures) and business transactions. Although restricting his practice to civil matters, Mr. White has served as a commercial law consultant in white collar criminal defense proceedings.
